The Master of Biblical Studies for Chaplaincy (M.B.S.C.)
The Master of Biblical Studies for Chaplaincy requires the completion of twenty-four three-credit courses for a total of seventy-two credit hours. This graduation option is designed to equip students with the biblical content and ministry skills to serve as chaplains in the United States Armed Forces.
Students entering any of the educational programs offered by CBTS without an undergraduate Bible degree are required to read Basic Theology by Charles Ryrie and Basics of Biblical Interpretation by Roy Zuck.
